About Emmanuel Richard

About me

I am Richard Emmanuel, a final-year Computer Science student at Caleb University, an entrepreneur, and a tech enthusiast passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and business development. My journey has been defined by a relentless drive to create impactful solutions, a deep interest in technology, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Educational Background & Academic Excellence

My academic journey started at Renice Colleges, where I built a strong foundation in critical thinking and discipline. Those early years shaped my curiosity for technology and innovation.

Currently, at Caleb University, I am pursuing a degree in Computer Science, where I have gained extensive knowledge in software development, database management, artificial intelligence, and system security. My coursework and hands-on projects have not only sharpened my programming skills but also strengthened my ability to think critically and solve real-world problems.

Beyond academics, I actively engage in research, participate in hackathons, and take additional courses to expand my knowledge beyond the classroom. I am determined to graduate with First-Class Honors, proving my dedication to excellence.

Tech & Entrepreneurial Journey: Building Feteflex

One of the most defining parts of my journey is Feteflex, a project that embodies my ability to merge technology and business innovation.

Feteflex is a tech-driven event service marketplace designed to simplify event planning and service bookings. The inspiration came from personal experiences where I saw firsthand the challenges people face when trying to secure reliable event vendors, make payments, and ensure service delivery.

As the Founder and CEO of Feteflex, I have been responsible for:

  • Overseeing product development – ensuring that the platform is user-friendly, secure, and scalable.
  • Driving business growth – crafting marketing strategies, engaging potential customers, and building partnerships.
  • Managing operations – handling the day-to-day execution and ensuring smooth business functions.

Through this project, I have gained practical experience in product management, UX/UI design, digital marketing, and business development, further strengthening my ability to build and scale tech-driven solutions.
