“Hi, I’m (Motunrayo ), and I’m a line cook who specializes in Italian cuisine. My love of pasta started when I was a child, when my Nonna taught me how to make pasta from scratch. I fell in love with the process and the results, and it inspired me to become a line cook. Today, I’m known for my signature pasta dishes, like my linguine with clams and fresh basil, and my pappardelle with a Bolognese.
